2. Ordering and Payment

Prices: All prices are stated in DKR

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and PayPal Express

Security: Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal - Returns

Policy: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (return policy) when shopping with us.

Deadline: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

Notification: You must notify us clearly (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw before the deadline. Simply refusing to accept the parcel without notification is not sufficient.

Return: You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of the Item: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to withdraw.

4. Right to Complain (Warranty/Claim)

Warranty Period: A 2-year right to claim (warranty/reklamationsret) is granted according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Coverage: This covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Timeliness: You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaining within two months after the defect is discovered will always be considered timely.

Remedy: In case of a justified claim, we can offer repair, replacement, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
