Shipping and delivery
1. Delivery Options
We cooperate with reputable carriers to ensure the best possible delivery of your goods. You can choose from the following options at checkout:
Home Delivery: The parcel is delivered directly to your specified address.
Delivery to Parcel Shop/Pick-up Point: The parcel is delivered to a collection point near you for convenient pickup.
Pricing: Shipping prices for the different delivery methods will be displayed at checkout, based on your order size and choice of carrier.
2. Delivery Time
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
Total Delivery Time: The expected total delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time of order placement. You will receive a confirmation and a tracking number once your package has been dispatched from the workshop.
3. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected in time from the designated parcel shop and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee covering the actual costs associated with return shipping and re-delivery, should you wish the item to be sent again.
4. Risk of Loss
The responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you, the customer, once you have received the package.
